These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Glass Flooring Systems Inc., d/b/a "SkyFloor®" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6 Aaron Way, Sparta, NJ 07871. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order through our store constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

Product Descriptions & Specifications

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, weights, and technical specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Specifications are subject to change without notice as we continue to refine our products and manufacturing processes. If a specification is critical to your project, please confirm current specs with us directly before ordering.

Pricing & Quotes

Prices displayed on our store are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. Custom quotes provided by our team include a stated validity period on the quote itself; please refer to your individual quote for its expiration date.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud. Because most panels are made to order, orders may be cancelled or modified any time before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible; see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

SkyFloor®, NanoDot®, and YorLux™ are trademarks of Glass Flooring Systems Inc. NemoGrabo® and Dow Corning® are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on our site and in our products under license or in reference to genuine third-party components. All site content, product photography, drawings, and specifications are the property of Glass Flooring Systems Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages related to installation, arising from the use of our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Warranty

SkyFloor® products are covered by the separate SkyFloor® Modular Deck System Limited Warranty, which sets out coverage terms, exclusions, and claim procedures, including required notice timelines. Installation Disclaimer

Our SkyFloor® Modular Glass Deck System is engineered and ICC-certified (ESR-4009 / ESR-5009) as a product; however, proper installation is critical to performance and safety. Installation must be performed by a qualified, licensed contractor familiar with structural glass systems and local building code requirements. Glass Flooring Systems Inc. is not responsible for damage, defects, or safety issues arising from improper installation, and our installation manual is intended as a general overview rather than an all-inclusive guide.
